After your completed application has been submitted for processing either online or through your local Visa application Center (VAC), we will be given a tracking number to enable us check the status of the application from time to time. It is very easy to see the status of online applications as compared to paper applications submitted at the VAC. In any of this cases, DASK will be informed if additional documents is needed and we will get in touch with you if we need you to provide additional documents to us. At this stage of the application, there is nothing much that can be done to speed up the processing, unless there is a delay beyond the regular processing time. If this happens, we will get in touch with the local processing office to let us know what might be causing the delays. In the case of online application, the documents are first submitted without your physical passport. If the visa processing center is satisfied with your application, they will request your physical passport in order to issue your visa. In the case of paper application at the VAC, you will submit all your documents together with your passport.  If everything goes well, your visa will be approved and you will get your passport with visa stamped which enable you to board your flight to Canada. Which ever the result may be, We are ready to continue working with you for a successful outcome.
